provides a visualization tool for the polarization state of light in different basis systems.

Input parameters are:

* basis: select from circular or linear
* r_1 / A_1: amplitude of the right hand circular or horizontal polarization 
* r_2 / A_2: amplitude of the left hand circular or vertical polarization 
* phase: phase between the rcp and lcp or horizontal or vertical polarization  


Available buttons:

* Initialize : initalizes the plot (always available, press to change values) 
* Start: starts the animation (only available after initialize has been pressed)
* Pause: pauses the animation (only availbel after starting)
